Sandy Bruce grew up with an artist's brush in her hand and studied fine art, interior design, and architecture before committing to a business degree. She left the corporate world and trained at nationally-acclaimed studios of decorative art in preparation to hang her shingle as Painterly Touch Designs in late 2004. Sandy's murals and faux designs enhance distinctive homes around the country, and she is now expanding to commercial work. She was a featured artist at the 2005 JDRF designer showcase home, published in the December 2004 Atlanta Homes & Lifestyles magazine. Mona Cossé: Her long love with art shifted her life goals from the corporate world to the decorative art world. She studied at Martin Alan Hirsch Decorative Finishes Studio, Louisville, KY in 2005 perfecting the art of Old World and Elegant European Finishes. Also, in 2005 she attended The School of Italian Plaster in Atlanta and is a certified plaster applicator. This allows her clients to “mix and match” custom faux and Italian plaster finishes throughout their home or business. Debbie Houchens remembers sketching wedding dresses with her mother at the age of 10. Self-taught, Debbie gave up a career as an R.N. to pursue her passion in Decorative Painting. She trained and worked at the Atlanta School of Fine Finishes and has taken numerous classes at Perimeter College in Interior Design. Debbie has recently presented her talents in the 2006 Roswell Women’s Club Show House and the 2006 Livable Lifetime Show House. Debbie is a well rounded artist offering murals, textures, cabinetry, faux finishes and Trompe L’oeil. Debbie is also a member of the Interior Design Society.
